The Joint Council for Qualifications, (commonly referred to as JCQ) is a council acting as a single voice for the six largest qualification providers in the UK offering GCSE, GCE, Scottish Highers and vocationally related qualifications: AQA, CCEA, Edexcel, OCR, SQA and WJEC.
